Ingredients:
  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ripple Half & Half
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan and heat over medium until simmering, whisking often to dissolve sugar and cocoa.
  2. Serve in a mug topped with vegan whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa if desired
