  • For the Bread:
  • 1 1⁄4 cup Ripple Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
  • 2 1⁄2 cup gluten free flour

  • 2 Chai Tea bags
  • 1⁄3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1⁄2 cup dairy free yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp chai spice
  • For the Glaze:
  • 2 tbsp Ripple’s Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  1. Place all cake pop ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until everything is combined and it forms a dough-like texture.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a bread pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with oil.
  3. In a small saucepan, add milk and the 2 chai tea bags together. Bring to a boil and leave on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, arrow powder, baking powder, baking soda, and chai spice together.
  5. In another bowl, combine chai tea milk, coconut oil, and dairy free yogurt together. Slowly add in flour mixture and combine until no lumps are visible.
  6. Pour into bread pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven. Let cool completely.
  8. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar with milk to make the glaze. Once the bread is cooled, bowl on top of the chai bread. Leave on counter or fridge for glaze to dry.
  9. Slice and enjoy!
