Vanilla Chia Pudding

  • 1/2 cup Ripple Vanilla milk
  • 1/2 cup Ripple Half & Half
  • (or use just 1 cup of Ripple milk, for a thinner consistency)
  • 1/3 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey, or sweetener of choice (if desired)

Mix Ripple milk, half & half and sweetener, then add chia seeds and stir. Let sit for about 2-3 minutes, give it another quick stir and then place it in an airtight container to sit in the fridge overnight. When you remove it from the fridge, give it another stir. If you find the consistency to be too thick, you can add more Ripple and stir to combine. Top with fresh fruit and granola and enjoy!
