Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Ripple Original Plant-Based Milk
  • 1/4 cup plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Pour into a container and refrigerate for three hours or overnight.
  3. Top desired toppings and enjoy.
