Pumpkin Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Ripple Original Plant-Based Milk
- 1/4 cup plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
- Pour into a container and refrigerate for three hours or overnight.
- Top desired toppings and enjoy.
