Honey Lavender Iced Latte
Ingredients:
- Honey Lavender Syrup:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
- Coffee:
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1 tablespoon Ripple Half and Half
- ¼ cup Ripple Vanilla Milk
- 2 tablespoons lavender vanilla syrup Ice
Directions:
- In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, combine honey, coconut sugar, water, and lavender.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Turn heat to low and simmer about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain into a small container and let cool slightly.
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Add the half and half, milk and 1 tablespoon of the lavender syrup.
- Stir well.
- Pour in the coffee and stir. Enjoy!
