Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Ripple Vanilla milk
  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a small bowl combine Ripple milk with coconut oil and vanilla; pour into the flour mixture and mix until well blended.
  5. Fold in walnuts, if using.
  6. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 28-32 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before slicing.
