Fudgy Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Ripple Vanilla milk
- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
- Set oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a small bowl combine Ripple milk with coconut oil and vanilla; pour into the flour mixture and mix until well blended.
- Fold in walnuts, if using.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 28-32 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before slicing.
