Ingredients:
  • THE CLASSIC WAY
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Ripple Original or Ripple Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of ice
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cacao powder
  • 3-4 cream filled cookies
  • Blend all ingredients together, and add more or less Ripple to adjust thickness to your liking
  • THE HEALTHIER WAY
  • The “cookie”:
  • 3/4 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews (can also sub for almonds, walnuts etc.)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Blend ingredients to form a dough like texture, and roll into balls and press down to create raw cookies.
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Ripple Original or Ripple Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of ice
  • 1/4 cup of “cookies”
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
Directions:

Blend all ingredients except cookies and the cacao nibs. Again, you can adjust the texture and thickness of the shake by adding more or less Ripple. Once mixture is smooth, toss in your “cookies” and cacao nibs and pulse a few times, but not too much. You want to retain the texture of the cookie chunks and the crunch of the cacao nibs.
