Chocolate Avocado Mousse
This recipe comes together with just a few ingredients and is incredibly easy to make! It’s a much healthier alternative to standard mousse and a delicious way to eat avocados.
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup chocolate Ripple
- 1/8 cup cacao powder
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
- To a blender or food processor add your ripe avocado, Ripple, cacao powder and cinnamon until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- You can adjust the taste and add more cacao powder to make it even more chocolatey, and sweetener if you like things sweeter.
- Store in the fridge to firm up a bit and chill before serving.
- Top with your favourite toppings, like crushed nuts, frozen berries, mint leaves, cacao nibs.
