Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- For the Smoothie:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup Ripple milk
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Topping Ideas:
- fall flavored granola
- chopped apples
- chopped pecans
- slivered almonds
- nut butter drizzle
- chocolate chips
Directions:
- Place all smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 1 large or 2 small bowls and decorate with toppings (have fun with it).
- Enjoy immediately.
