Ingredients:
  • For the Smoothie:
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup Ripple milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping Ideas:
  • fall flavored granola
  • chopped apples
  • chopped pecans
  • slivered almonds
  • nut butter drizzle
  • chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 1 large or 2 small bowls and decorate with toppings (have fun with it).
  3. Enjoy immediately.
