Almond Butter Overnight Oats
Makes: 1 serving.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Ripple Vanilla Protein Shake
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp salt
- blueberries, hemp seeds and maple syrup for garnish, optional
Directions:
- In a small jar or container with airtight lid, mix all ingredients except for garnish items.
- Tighten the lid and refrigerate for 2 hrs up to overnight.
- Top with blueberries, hemp seeds and maple syrup.
- Can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave to desired temperature.
