Coconut Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:
- For the Smoothie:
- 1 cup Ripple Vanilla Milk
- 1 cup brewed coffee or cold brew, poured into an ice cube tray and frozen overnight
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 3 dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup large flake coconut, toasted
- For Topping:
- Large flaked coconut, toasted
- Cocoa nibs
- Sliced fresh banana
- Hemp seeds
- Dairy-free chocolate chips
- Fresh blackberries
Directions:
- To a high speed blender add all ingredients. Process until smooth. Taste, and adjust flavors as needed.
- Divide between two large glasses. Top with desired toppings and serve!
